Knowledge is power; awareness is the key to prevention.

Awareness

Cancer Awareness
At the Indian Oncology Foundation, raising cancer awareness is at the heart of our mission. We conduct comprehensive awareness campaigns in schools, colleges, and workplaces to educate people about cancer prevention, risk factors, and the importance of early detection. Our initiatives aim to dispel myths, empower individuals with knowledge, and encourage proactive health measures.
We also provide regular OPD (Outpatient Department) services to ensure easy access to medical consultations and treatment options for individuals at risk or already battling cancer. Additionally, we organize community-driven events such as cyclothons, walkathons, and other awareness programs to engage the public in spreading the word and creating a unified effort in the fight against cancer.

Early Detection
Early detection is critical in the successful treatment of cancer. We host early detection camps across both urban and rural areas of India, ensuring that underserved populations have access to essential screening services. Individuals identified as potential cancer cases are given immediate access to further testing and treatment, bridging the gap between detection and care.

Research and Learning
Our commitment to advancing cancer care extends to research and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Through our Cancer Registry, we actively contribute to cancer research, collecting valuable data that helps in understanding cancer patterns, improving treatment strategies, and enhancing patient outcomes.
